It is funny this life. The people you remember, the things you've done that stick with you. Then there is all that other stuff you felt was important at one point in time that just faded away. There are so many people who have been erased from my memory over time, and yet, even though I can't see their faces or remember their names... I find myself wishing them all the best. People are important because they shape us even when we barely notice. The things we've done don't define us, it is what we take away from them that helps us to find our way, our own definition. Whether you've forgotten or you still find it fresh in your mind none of it is trivial. Everything is relevant. At one point you too were a drop in the ocean that is someone else's life, but you can be sure that even a drop leaves ripples.
